Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you create an account or use Flipbot.

About us and these terms
Flipbot is operated by Fornix Digital, a business partnership between Raphael Richardson and Oliver Sierra, at Office 21119, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Email team@flipbot.me.
These terms govern your use of Flipbot. By creating an account or ordering a paid service, you agree to them and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
What Flipbot provides
Flipbot provides product-discovery, valuation and reseller workflow tools. Features may include Product Finder, Scanner, Flip Score, Saved Deals, usage credits and supported third-party connections.
Flipbot provides estimates and decision support. It does not guarantee that a listing is genuine or available, that an item will sell, that a resale value will be achieved or that you will make a profit. You are responsible for inspecting products, checking listings and deciding whether to buy or sell.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the law says otherwise. Do not share or resell access in a way that bypasses plan limits.
Subscriptions and credits
Final prices and allowances will be displayed in GBP before an order is placed. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. The checkout will identify the plan, total price including applicable taxes, billing period, included credits and cancellation conditions.
Monthly credits expire at the end of the subscription period in which they are issued. Separately purchased credits do not expire while the account remains open. Monthly credits are used first. Credits are a service allowance, not cash or electronic money, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
External services and listings
Flipbot may link to, obtain data from or interact with independent services including Facebook Marketplace, eBay, CEX, Discord, Soldcomps, Apify and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. References to these services do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless Flipbot states otherwise.
External listings can be inaccurate, edited, sold or removed without notice. Flipbot does not control an external seller, marketplace, instant buyer or payment provider.
Your content
You retain ownership of product photographs, notes and other content you submit. You give Flipbot the limited permission needed to host, analyse, display and process that content to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit it and must not upload unlawful or unnecessarily private material.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not interfere with the service, bypass credits or access controls, use unauthorised automation, scrape protected areas, introduce harmful code, misuse third-party services or use Flipbot for fraud or unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
Flipbot may maintain, improve, replace or withdraw features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but this does not remove mandatory legal remedies. If a Flipbot operation fails after deducting credits, the deducted credits will be restored automatically. We will communicate material changes to paid services or these terms where required.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service; investigate misuse; comply with law; or respond to non-payment. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a route to contact support.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an estimate, an external listing, a third-party service or a user's resale decision.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights provided by the law of their country. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Complaints and contact
Email complaints or questions to team@flipbot.me. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a substantive response within 15 working days. These targets do not restrict any legal right or deadline.
